Upendra Dharmadhikary gained a MSc -Telecom from the University of London and is also an Engineering Graduate from NIT and a certified ITIL professional. He also chaired the BPM Technical Forum for 3 years in Tele Management Forum.
Upendra has extensive experience in concept, design and delivery of business process transformation in Global Services. Upendra has a rich experience of working on transformation programmes like Andes, Barcelona, 21CN, White label Managed Services.
He lead a number of solution implementations for various programmes in all LOBs of BT and Vodafone and has a passion to design and implement Process solutions and IT solutions. He has lead a creation of shared services for large global multinational customers that span across industry and across the regions from US to Australia.
Upendra has played a key role in defining and implementing the digital service transformation roadmap for various Telco’s and Enterprise verticals. He has set up a Customer Experience Centre in Milton Keynes, UK and is leading the SMART CITY initiatives for Tech Mahindra to define Innovative Digital solutions to Citizens and Businesses.
